JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Handle payroll, attendance, and employee records accurately
• Oversee employee relations matters including disciplinary issues and conflict resolution
• Develop, review, and implement company policies and procedures
• Design and monitor KPI systems and employee performance appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain proper HR documentation and reports
• Support management in HR planning and organizational development

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
