Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients and business partners.

- Develop new business opportunities in manpower supply and facilities management.

- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct market research and analyse business opportunities.

- Coordinate with operations teams to meet client requirements.

- Monitor business performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

-Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong client relationship and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Relevant experience in business development or sales is preferred.

- Good written and spoken English.
