This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in Human Resources while providing exposure to the exciting world of hospitality.

As a Human Resources Intern, you'll support daily HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, associate engagement, training coordination, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing events, and creating positive employee experiences.

What You'll Do

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new associates and interns.
• Maintain and organize employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support HR communication initiatives and internal announcements.
• Assist in coordinating associate engagement activities, celebrations, team-building events, and recognition programs.
• Support the management of internship programs, including onboarding, training coordination, and intern engagement activities.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking mandatory training completion and training records.
• Coordinate training schedules, attendance records, and learning & development activities.
• Support HR administrative tasks, reporting, filing, and data entry.
• Assist with employee inquiries and day-to-day HR operations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
