Responsibilities
Kitchen Crew – SEOUL TOFU (Woodleigh Mall)
Location: Woodleigh Mall, Singapore
Position: Kitchen Crew (Korean Cuisine)
Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to restaurant standards.
Handle wok cooking and basic stir-frying.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Assist with ingredient preparation, stock management and kitchen closing duties.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Basic wok cooking skills are required.
Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or F&B environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine is an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsible, hardworking and a good team player.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
