Responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, supervising staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and staff activities.
• Guide and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Provide quality customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange stock replenishment.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and provide on-the-job training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Report sales performance and operational issues to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage staff and achieve sales targets.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
