• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

• Friendly, confident and outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

• Customer-focused and sales-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Responsible, well-groomed, punctual and a good team player.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Comfortable using POS systems and basic digital tools.

• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Interest in plush toys, collectibles, gifting or lifestyle products is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage customers, providing a friendly and memorable shopping experience.

* Introduce and recommend products, explaining their features, collections and unique designs.

* Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling.

* Handle cashiering, POS transactions and customer payments accurately.

* Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and stock organisation.

* Maintain attractive product displays according to visual merchandising guidelines.

* Ensure the store remains clean, organised and presentable.

* Support product launches, promotions and in-store events.

* Work closely with the Retail Supervisor and team to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management.
