Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.
Responsibilities
Plan and implement revenue-maximizing strategies to increase restaurant profitability
Manage manpower schedules and coordinate staff training to improve team performance and customer service quality
Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
Supervise food, beverage, and labor cost controls to ensure adherence to budget limits
Enforce workplace safety and cleanliness standards according to company guidelines
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning aligned with company policies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Communicate fluently in English to effectively interact with team members and guests
Demonstrate a proactive learning attitude to adapt and develop within the role
Apply strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Other Information
Work schedule: 5 days per week
