Our client, a leading Automotive Distributor seeking for a GENERAL MANAGER (EV) to join them.

Job Summary

Lead the automotive brand(EV) as General Manager by driving sales and marketing strategies, building high-performing teams, and leveraging expertise in EVs and market trends to accelerate business growth in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the automotive sector
• Apply strong knowledge of EVs and New Energy Vehicles to identify market opportunities and shape product positioning
• Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
• Analyze automotive market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain strong business development and stakeholder relationships to expand market presence
• Demonstrate commercial acumen by managing budgets, forecasting sales, and optimizing resource allocation
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through negotiation, presentations, and reporting
• Operate proactively in a fast-moving, competitive environment by balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership roles
• Experience as a senior sales manager in the EV sector seeking career advancement
