Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up
Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for viewings, events or launches
Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay.
Property or sales experience is an advantage
Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automotive sales, luxury retail or customer service is an advantage
Responsibilities
Source and generate new leads through advertising, social media, networking and referrals.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
Recommend suitable property projects and investment options.
Handle the sales process from initial enquiry to closing.
Keep updated on project details, pricing, promotions and market trends.
Achieve individual sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.
