Full Time Procurement Executive (Luxury Hotel) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement / Purchasing Executive to support the hotel's daily procurement operations. You will coordinate purchasing activities, liaise with suppliers and internal departments, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

• Obtain supplier quotations, compare prices and assist in sourcing suitable suppliers.

• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet daily purchasing requirements.

• Maintain supplier records, quotations, purchase orders and procurement documentation.

• Monitor stock levels, outstanding orders and supplier performance.

• Assist with inventory checks, market price comparisons and cost-saving initiatives.

• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, approval procedures and audit requirements.

• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable on invoices and delivery documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.

• 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience; hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience with purchasing, inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.

• Meticulous, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  Work Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

  Salary: $3,000 to $3,700
