Responsibilities
We are looking for a
BD Executive
to join a dynamic e-commerce team and support the growth of its digital marketplace. This role offers hands-on exposure across
business development, merchant management, sales performance and e-commerce operations
, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their commercial experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the acquisition and onboarding of new merchants, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation and coordination.
Manage a portfolio of existing merchants, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to drive sales and business growth.
Monitor account and sales performance, analyse data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Support regular business reviews and monthly reporting activities.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and address customer-related matters.
Support ad-hoc projects focused on improving the platform, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience
in e-commerce, merchandising, sales, business development or account management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Comfortable working with data and able to draw basic insights from sales performance.
Basic proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
.
Proactive, organised and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
