Plan and organize daily food preparation and cooking tasks to ensure timely service
Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness before use to maintain food standards
Prepare ingredients, sauces, soups, and other food items accurately for menu execution
Ensure cooked food is presented attractively and meets company quality requirements
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to comply with health standards
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory control to prevent shortages
Store and handle food ingredients properly to preserve quality and safety
Follow food safety and workplace safety protocols to maintain a safe kitchen environment
Coordinate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth daily kitchen operations and teamwork
