Full Time Head of Asset Management (Hospitality) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 16,000 in TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are recruiting for a leading real estate company with hospitality/accommodation as their primary asset class.

As the Head of Asset Management, you will take the lead in strategizing and enhanced its operational asset management function across Asia Pacific and other key markets. You will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, enhancing asset value, and delivering sustainable income growth and operational optimisation.

Reporting to the CEO, you will have an oversight on the asset performance, leasing strategies, asset enhancement initiatives, portfolio optimisation, and stakeholder management to maximise long-term value creation.

Your main responsibilities include:

Lead and oversee the asset management strategy and execution including driving portfolio through proactive asset management initiatives focused on occupancy optimisation, rental growth, operational efficiency, and income enhancement.

Develop and implement annual business plans, operating budgets, leasing strategies, and asset-level performance targets. You will be monitoring asset performance, market conditions, tenant demand, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

You will identify and execute asset enhancement initiatives (AEIs), repositioning opportunities, and operational improvement projects to enhance asset value and returns as well as lead leasing and tenancy strategies to strengthen portfolio resilience and long-term income sustainability.

You will evaluate portfolio optimisation opportunities including redevelopment, divestment, and repositioning initiatives and also support sustainability and ESG initiatives across the portfolio.

You will oversee portfolio budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and reporting. You will prepare and present portfolio reviews, asset performance updates, and strategic recommendations to the CEO, Board, and relevant committees. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Investments, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets teams on portfolio planning and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in asset management/ real estate portfolio management, or property investment.
• You possess a strong track record in managing and enhancing performance of commercial, hospitality, living sector, or alternative real estate assets.
• You come with proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
