Requirements
- Candidates with at least 5 years of experience in LTA projects will be an added advantage
- Proficients in English.
- Degree in relevant fields.
Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, daily site inspections and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with MOM/WSH regulations and company safety requirements.
- Prepare and implement Safe Work Procedures, Risk Assessments and HSE documentation.
- Investigate workplace accidents and safety infringements, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct WSH training, safety briefings and health campaigns for site personnel.
- Prepare HSE and statutory reports, including safety performance indicators.
- Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on WSH matters.
- Organise WSH Committee meetings and support worker rehabilitation after workplace accidents.
- Manage and lead the safety team and promote a strong safety culture.
