Hiring: Operations Assistant – Logistics / Automotive

Location: Tuas
Up to $2,900/month
Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | Alternate Sat, 8am–12pm

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily logistics administration, customer coordination and WMS updates.
• Prepare shipping documents, permits, import/export and customs declarations.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery, collection and movement between port/warehouse.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct cycle counts/stocktakes and prepare reports.
• Support billing, documentation, ISO/SOP and general warehouse operations.

Requirements
• Experience in logistics / operations / customer service preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence – COMPULSORY
• Must be a confident hands-on driver and physically fit to move newly arrived vehicles within the operation.
• WMS/MS Office knowledge; customs declaration experience is highly advantageous.
• Customs Competency Test certification would be a strong advantage.
• Automotive/logistics background is advantageous.
