Requirements
Strong experience in short-form video content creation
Strong hands-on skills in video shooting, editing and motion graphics
Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends
Strong visual storytelling and creative skills
Good sense of pacing, hooks and what keeps people watching
Able to take content from concept through to final execution
Able to adapt creative styles for different clients, affiliates and audiences
Responsibilities
Create and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms
Plan and shoot social media content from concept to production
Develop engaging short-form visual storytelling
Work with motion graphics, typography and other visual elements
Handle audio mixing and editing
Adapt content to native social media formats, trends and audience behaviour
Turn briefs and ideas into platform-ready content
