Must possess at least a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.

Proficiency in parcel sorting and handling, including accurate identification and movement of packages.

Experience with barcode scanning systems and ability to quickly and accurately scan labels.

Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure correct sorting and minimize errors.

Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages of varying weights.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a fast-paced hub environment.

Effective time management skills to meet sorting deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English to interact with colleagues and supervisors.

Ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sorting, handling, and safety.

High level of safety awareness to ensure a secure working environment for oneself and others.

Willingness to work on-site at the Hub Lazada (Klang Valley) located in Puchong, Selangor.

Accurately sort and categorize incoming parcels based on destination, size, and type, ensuring efficient flow through the logistics hub.

Perform meticulous barcode scanning on all packages to maintain real-time inventory accuracy and track shipment progress.

Handle parcels with care, employing proper lifting and moving techniques to prevent damage and ensure safe transit.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily sorting targets and maintain operational efficiency within the hub.

Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all sorting and handling tasks, prioritizing safety and quality.

Identify and report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or potential safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a safe and productive working environment.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
