Full Time Site Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Dzsign Solutions WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

1. Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Building or related field.

2. Minimum 3-5years' relevant experience in renovation, interior fit-out, construction or design & build projects.

3. Experience managing commercial, F&B, retail, renovation projects is an advantage.

4. Able to read architectural, ID and construction drawings.

5. Willing to travel, able to work overtime, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.

6. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site coordination.

7. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

8. Able to manage subcontractors and multiple site activities.

9. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Scope:

1. Manage and supervise daily site operations for renovation and interior design projects.

2. Coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

4. Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials and manpower and report issues to the Project Manager.

5. Conduct site inspections and ensure defects and rectification works are completed properly.

6. Coordinate with Project Manager, Interior Designer, QS, clients and consultants on site matters.

7. Ensure compliance with site safety, housekeeping and company requirements.

8. Manage material deliveries, storage and site logistics.

9. Prepare daily/weekly progress updates, site photos and relevant documentation.

10. Support final inspection, defect rectification and project handover.
