We are looking for a Client Account Manager to manage client relationships, understand hiring requirements, and work closely with our recruitment team to ensure successful delivery.

• Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand and manage client hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruiters on candidate sourcing and submissions.
• Manage interviews, feedback, offers and placements.
• Follow up with clients and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate client and requirement records.

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client management, recruitment, staffing, or a related domain.
• Experience in IT staffing/recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, relationship management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and requirements.
• Corporate/enterprise client experience is preferred.
