Full Time Accounts Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Immortal Green Industrial WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Minimum SPM qualification.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.

Mandarin candidates are preferred.

Answer phone calls and assist with routine communication related to accounts matters.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems, perform data entry, and prepare reports.

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including processing vendor invoices, tracking customer payments, and following up on outstanding balances.

Record daily financial transactions and update accounting databases accurately.

Assist with bank reconciliations and verify payment records.

Assist in preparing monthly account statements and support month-end closing activities.

Maintain proper accounting and office documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding routine account-related matters.

Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
