Full Time Chef De Partie Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Certificate, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in a hotel or reputable restaurant.

Experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie is preferred.

Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, HACCP, and kitchen hygiene standards.

Passionate about cooking with strong attention to detail and food presentation.

Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with the hotel's recipes, quality standards, and hygiene requirements.

Assist in the daily operation of the assigned kitchen section (Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Pastry, Banquet, or All-Day Dining).

Ensure all dishes are prepared and served consistently to the highest quality.

Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation to maintain established standards.

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.

Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor stock levels, minimise food wastage, and report shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

Support menu planning, food promotions, and special events when required.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff and apprentices where applicable.
