Job Description:
The Digital Health Executive will support the National Cancer Society of Malaysia’s digital health strategies to advance cancer prevention, early detection, patient support, survivorship, and advocacy across Malaysia. This role is responsible for implementing and scaling digital platforms and data-driven solutions that improve access, quality, and continuity of cancer care while aligning with NCSM’s mission, national health priorities, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the organisation's digital health programmes.
- Perform administrative tasks including maintaining accurate data records of various databases, coordinating departmental requests, processing financial arrangements, and preparing reports related to digital health programmes.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and supervision to relevant partners and stakeholders, including those in different states across Malaysia.
- Foster positive relationships and engagement through regular check-ins and feedback with partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at community events, educational institutions, and networking opportunities to promote collaboration opportunities, including those in different states across Malaysia.
- Conduct training programmes for relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain good relationships with external organisations and internal departments.
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, interns, staff, and department heads from headquarters and state offices to ensure alignment with goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Health, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Work or volunteer experience with non-profit organisation will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in oral and written communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work well collaboratively and independently.
- Possesses initiative, patience, and persistence.
- Passion for the organisation's mission and values.
- Proficiency in using software tools for communication and reporting.
