Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus).

• Language required: Mandarin & English

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Sales-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to handle cash registers, POS, and basic inventory software.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.
