Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations.

Strong knowledge of different cuisines, food safety, and hygiene regulations.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Able to work shifts including on weekends and public holidays.

A hospitality degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Fluency in English and Malay is required. Conversational Chinese dialects / Mandarin is a plus.

Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.

Basic financial literacy, including Profit & Loss management.

Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.

Manage human resource planning, staff scheduling, inventory control, administrative functions, and operational efficiency.

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain high levels of service excellence.

Monitor food quality, product consistency, and customer service standards.

Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene and health regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures where necessary.

Monitor and control food and beverage costs, maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to avoid stock shortages or wastage.

Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Monitor daily sales and cash flow, ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures are followed to minimise operational costs without compromising quality.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

Ensure all documents, licenses, and certifications are up to date.
