Welcome and engage guests, ensuring a warm and professional dining experience.

Build and maintain good relationships with regular guests, VIPs and corporate clients.

Handle guest enquiries, special requests, feedback and complaints professionally.

Coordinate reservations, table arrangements and special occasions with the restaurant team.

Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain guest preferences and relevant reservation information to provide personalised service.

Assist with VIP arrangements, events and special functions.

Follow up on guest feedback and help improve overall guest satisfaction.

Support the team during busy service periods and ensure service standards are maintained.

Train and guide service staff on guest engagement and hospitality standards.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the restaurant appropriately at all times.
