As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, experienced and responsible F&B Services Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Lead, supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses and operational costs.
Ensure food quality, service standards and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Manage inventory, stock control, purchasing and wastage.
Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions and daily sales reporting.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with Singapore regulations.
Conduct staff training, coaching and performance evaluations.
Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline.
Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Identify areas for improvement to increase productivity, sales and profitability.
Prepare operational reports and update management on business performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in F&B Management, Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant F&B experience.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage staff and handle daily operational challenges.
Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
