Full Time Project Executive - Coordinator - Facade Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in REDWOOD INTERIOR PTE LTD North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in coordinating façade projects from production and installation through completion and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams on project and site matters.
• Monitor project schedules, production, material deliveries and site installation progress to ensure timely execution.
• Assist with shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and other technical documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality, workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and report quality issues, coordinate corrective actions and follow up on rectification works.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety requirements.
• Coordinate material inspections, testing, defect rectification and project handover.
• Maintain project documentation, inspection records, progress reports and other relevant records.
• Support project-related activities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in façade project coordination, site supervision, installation or QA/QC.
• Good understanding of façade systems, construction methods, technical drawings and quality standards.
• Familiarity with site inspections, quality control procedures and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
