Full Time Senior Technical Sales Support Engineer Jobs, in Aluminium Company Of Malaysia (ALCOM) Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities :

• Product Development and Technical Support – Coordinate product development activities, application studies, sample coil preparation, and plant trial runs.
• Customer Specification Review – Analyse customer product specifications and recommend suitable products that meet technical and application requirements.
• MES Material Code Management – Create, update, and maintain material codes in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Quality Issues and Customer Complaints – Provide technical support in investigating HFI quality issues and customer complaints, including conducting plant monitoring and customer site visits.
• Product Certification Management – Maintain and ensure the validity of product certifications, including CIDB and Bomba certifications.
• Product Warranty Management – Evaluate, issue, and maintain product warranties in accordance with company requirements.
• Technical Presentations and Product Training – Conduct technical presentations, product briefings, and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional and Customer Coordination – Liaise with Sales, plant technical teams, and customers to facilitate technical discussions, customer visits, and product application trials.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical sales support, product development, quality assurance, or related functions, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in product testing, sample preparation, application trials, and customer specification analysis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between customers, Sales, and plant operations.
• Familiarity with MES, product certification requirements, and quality management processes would be an added advantage.
