Job Description

Responsibilities

Connect. Convert. Grow.

At Triple P Group, we believe neighbourhoods thrive when people, place, and purpose come together. We’re a privately owned real estate group shaping conservation properties into vibrant, future-ready communities, through brands like The Working Capitol, Triple P Partners, LopeLab and more.

We don’t just operate spaces, we shape neighbourhoods. Our ecosystem includes coworking campuses, retail and F&B concepts, lifestyle experiences, and soon, ventures in co-living, placemaking, and proptech. Over the past decade, we’ve built a reputation for creating one-of-a-kind environments for some of Singapore’s most exciting businesses and founders.

We are both owners and operators, and are actively growing our shophouse asset management arm, expanding our capabilities across property and investment management. This shift positions us for long-term growth, with exciting opportunities to help drive neighbourhood transformation through both strategy and stewardship.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of our private office sales pipeline, build and maintain our database and help drive the next stage of growth at The Working Capitol.

This is a hands-on commercial role for a proven salesperson who loves the chase, knows how to build relationships and close deals, but also thinks beyond the individual sale. You’ll manage opportunities from prospecting through conversion, while helping us sharpen the systems, data, partnerships and processes behind a high-performing sales function.

You’ll report to the COO/CEO and work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations and our wider leadership team.

What You’ll Do

Private Office Sales, CRM & Outreach

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for private offices, from prospecting and qualification through tours, proposals, negotiation and closing
  • Deliver against individual revenue, occupancy and conversion targets• Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, brokers, partnerships, your own network and our existing database
  • Lead engaging tours, pitches and presentations, understanding each prospect’s needs and translating them into the right solution
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms while balancing customer needs with business objectives
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective members, agents, brokers, partners and other sources of new business
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records, with clear visibility on activity, deal stage, value, probability and next steps compelling, tailored proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Provide regular sales reporting and insights on pipeline health, conversion, lead sources and performance against targets
  • Identify opportunities to integrate, automate and optimise the sales process, CRM and wider commercial workflow
  • Own proactive outbound sales and outreach, identifying and approaching high-potential companies, decision-makers and prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, in-person engagement and targeted introductions, rather than relying solely on inbound leads
  • Develop targeted prospect lists based on our ideal customer profiles, available inventory and upcoming projects, and consistently create new opportunities to feed the pipeline
  • Use our existing database, personal network, member ecosystem and wider business community to uncover warm introductions, referrals and new leads

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-6 years of sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • A hungry, performance-driven mindset. Targets motivate you and you take ownership of your results
  • A genuine love of sales: you’re comfortable prospecting, picking up the phone, opening doors, leading meetings and asking for the business
  • You create opportunities beyond your inbox and you actively go out and source leads for our current inventory
  • A demonstrable track record of building pipeline and closing meaningful deals
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage everyone from founders and office managers to brokers and senior decision-makers
  • Strong organisational skills and a disciplined approach to CRM, pipeline management, forecasting and follow-up
  • Comfortable working with data and using it to understand and improve sales performance
  • A systems and optimisation mindset. You naturally look for ways to make processes smarter, faster and more effective
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; natural extroverts will excel in this role
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Resilience in sales: comfortable with rejection, persistent, and confident in conducting in-person client viewings across shophouses
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Benefits & Compensation

We offer transparent salary bands, a meaningful employee-sharing programme, and a mission-driven environment where every team member is empowered to shape change.

  • A generous commission structure on top of base salary
  • Access to company-wide perks and benefits, including community events, team activities, and wellness initiatives
  • A chance to grow with a purpose-driven company shaping neighbourhoods and communities in Singapore
  • Recognised as a Champion of Good from NVPC, and certified B Corp
