Job Description
Responsibilities
Review tender documents, drawings and specifications.
Prepare tender submissions and quotations.
Perform quantity take-offs, costing and cost comparisons.
Compare lighting products, suppliers, prices and technical details.
Recommend suitable or alternative products based on project requirements, cost and availability.
Prepare product specifications and technical information for tenders.
Liaise with suppliers on quotations, pricing, technical details and lead times.
Coordinate with Sales, Lighting Design, Purchasing and Project teams.
Assist with project coordination and documentation.
Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
