Full Time Sales Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Industrial Automation (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Handel local and oversea sales (from order to collection).

(a) Being the contact person for customers in dedicated geographical areas.

(b) Packing of samples and courier to customers.

(c) Ensure constant communication with customers for orders and forecast.

(d) To get three (3) month’s forecast from customer to planner by end of each month.

(e) Attend, coordinate and process customer enquiries, forecast, orders and delivery requirement which includes but not limited to:-

− Checking of raw materials availability, selling price and payment terms before order.

− Issuance of enquiry and production order

− Sending Proforma Invoice to customer for confirmation.

− Control on LC content.

− Coordination with shipping department (or transporter/freight forwarder) on documentation. To make sure all documentation for shipment are sufficient for every shipment.

− Coordinate with shipping personnel for insurance coverage arrangement and ensure that all deliveries are properly and adequately insured. (To assist and work closely with insurance agents and customers on matters regarding insurance claims.)

− Coordinate and monitors with internal and external parties the flow from production to delivery.

− To give delivery notice three (3) days before hand for local and one (1) week for overseas to Store, shipping and operation department.

− To update and send delivery schedule from time to time and obtain approval from customers and inform the relevant parties immediately on any changes.

− Preparation of Invoices, packing lists, delivery order and receipts for delivery.

− Follow up with customer on delivery schedule, product quality and services.

(f) Consolidate weekly and monthly sales figures and quantity for each customer at the

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 2 years (Preferred)
