Full Time Salesperson (Northern Region) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 + commission in ABC International (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum of 1 year of outdoor sales or B2B sales experience.

Experience selling electrical products, hardware or wholesale products is an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Confident in meeting customers and conducting face-to-face product presentations.

Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to travel for customer visits within Northern Malaysia.

A valid driving licence is required; own transport is an advantage.

Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including retailers, wholesalers, electrical shops, contractors and project customers.

Conduct regular outdoor visits to existing and potential customers across Northern Malaysia.

Introduce ABC INTERNATIONAL’s electrical products and recommend suitable items based on customer needs.

Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Prepare quotations, follow up on customer enquiries and convert sales opportunities into orders.

Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding matters in coordination with the relevant internal teams.

Meet agreed sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.

Gather market information, including customer demand, competitor products and pricing trends.

Share customer feedback and market opportunities with Management and the Sales team.

Follow up on leads generated through the company’s marketing activities.

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and sales follow-ups.
