Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities at construction sites.

• Lead and manage workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork plans.

• Plan and arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment.

• Monitor work progress, productivity and quality to meet project schedules.

• Ensure all formwork installation and dismantling activities comply with safety regulations.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures.

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.

• Inspect completed formwork and ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Report daily work progress and resolve site-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in formwork or building construction.

• Good knowledge of formwork systems and construction site operations.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Able to supervise and coordinate construction workers effectively.

• Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements.

• Willing to work at different construction sites.

• Able to work overtime when required.

• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.
