Support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets through coaching, motivation, and performance monitoring.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how EYCO AI's offerings can provide solutions.
Participate in market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscapes.
Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting processes, providing insights to management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
Assist in managing sales budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
Develop and refine negotiation strategies to secure favorable deals and long-term partnerships.
Gain hands-on experience in client acquisition by actively participating in lead generation and follow-up activities.
Learn and apply effective communication and problem-solving techniques in daily sales interactions.
