Full Time Front of House Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Kainan WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Experience in restaurant or outlet management is preferred.

Experience in high-end dining establishments, hot pot restaurants, or hotel service operations is an advantage.

Responsible, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced F&B; environment.

Minimum Diploma qualification.

Expected Start Date: Within 1 month

Location: Jalan P. Ramlee, KLCC

Working Hours: 3-shift work system with 4 rest days per month

Oversee the daily operations and management of the front-of-house area.

Coordinate front-of-house service, staff scheduling, floor operations, and the overall customer experience.

Lead the team in implementing high-end dining service standards.

Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and unexpected service-related issues.

Assist the Outlet Manager with staff training, performance evaluations, and service process improvements.

Coordinate with the kitchen and administrative departments to ensure smooth overall outlet operations.
