Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll processing, and general ledger entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit and loss (P&L) reports, and balance sheets.
- Month/Year-End Close: Lead closeout schedules, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing operating budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial variances.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to local/global accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS) and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
