Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to drive product quality, reliability, and user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and support continuous business growth.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality assurance processes throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure product excellence
Review user requirements and develop comprehensive test plans aligned with sprint objectives to validate functionality and performance
Develop and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks to ensure product quality and readiness for release
Conduct exploratory testing to identify critical defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution and product stability
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and quality assurance records to support traceability and compliance
Monitor emerging technologies and industry developments, especially in blockchain and software technology, to enhance testing strategies and tools
Required competencies and certifications
Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve product issues
Demonstrate familiarity with manual testing, test automation, and software development processes to support effective quality assurance
Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met
Exhibit a proactive, detail-oriented approach with adaptability to emerging technologies
Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree
Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or software testing
