Full Time Constituency Support Officer (East) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in ACE RECRUITERS Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

This is a temporary position attached to a Community Club in the East. Location: Bedok area 

Duration: Immediate until 31 December 2026 

Job Scope

-Provide frontline customer service by attending to residents’ enquiries, requests and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

-Handle daily counter operations, including course registrations, payments, membership applications and other transactions.

-Assist residents with government schemes and community initiatives, including CDC vouchers, Public Transport Vouchers and other assistance programmes.

-Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient counter operations and timely follow-up on outstanding matters.

-Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

-Have good communication and computer skills

-Physically fit

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm

4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5-day work week)

OFF Days: 1 weekday and either weekend
