Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects.
Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements and contractual documentation.
Monitor progress claims, variation orders, project costs and final accounts.
Assist in preparing and managing contractual claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual matters.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams on contractual issues.
Identify potential contractual risks and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts Management within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
