- Uphold the company brand by representing its image professionally in all customer interactions
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries to ensure high service standards
- Perform detailed skin analysis and deliver personalized consultations to meet client needs
- Drive sales growth of aesthetic services, skincare products, facial, slimming, and TCM therapeutic services
- Build customer rapport through friendly and approachable engagement to enhance client satisfaction
- Lead and manage your sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Collaborate with team members to optimize overall branch sales performance and customer experience
- Demonstrate passion for sales, leadership, and engaging customers to drive business success

- Commission structure includes ala carte, packages, product sales, branch performance, and overriding commission
