Full Time Project Technical Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 11,000 in Singapore CRRC Puzhen Railway Vehicles Service Pte. Ltd. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

1. Technical Overall Management:
Be responsible for overall technical management of design, construction, testing & commissioning and O&M preparation; organise implementation of technical solutions for design, construction and T&C.

2. Design Management:
Organise preparation and implementation of project design, construction and T&C technical schemes; organise technical design, design review and design coordination meetings; review design schemes and drawings and complete design freeze.

3. O&M & Technical Documentation:
Organise preparation of operation and maintenance schemes; complete technical documents and records, inspection/acceptance and handover; manage technical archives and as-built documents.

4. Construction Technical Support:
Provide site technical support and guide professional technical personnel; coordinate with commercial manager for settlement; ensure timely settlement and technical compliance

5. Quality & Technical Measures:
Organise monthly or key-activity quality, safety and cost-saving technical measure plans; organise site layout planning including water, power, fabrication yard, warehouse, office and rest areas.

6. Inspection, Interface & Compliance:
Organise quality inspection and quality assessment, pre-completion inspection and participate in completion acceptance; manage design/construction interfaces; ensure compliance with contract, Singapore standards, BIM/EIR, DfS and S.O. requirements.
