About Deloitte’s International Tax Team

Join Deloitte’s International Tax team and help multinational organisations navigate the ever-changing landscape of cross-border tax. Our team supports clients with international tax compliance and consulting, helping them evaluate planning opportunities, business decisions, and manage the complexities of global operations. You’ll work with experienced professionals across industries, build technical expertise, and deliver practical insights on both inbound and outbound tax matters. The Opportunity / Work you’ll do

• Prepare and review tax workpapers, allocations, and returns for multinational corporations.
• Research tax issues and prepare materials for consulting projects (structure reports, transaction step plans, memoranda).
• Provide international tax compliance/advisory services to a diverse mix of corporate clients across industries.
• Assist with tax projection calculations and models to evaluate structuring alternatives and planning opportunities.
• Advise on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment, BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two, tax due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition restructuring.
• Draft tax advisory memos and reports.
• Guide and mentor less experienced team members, support their development, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

What We’re Looking For / Requirements

• At least 1 year of corporate tax experience with a focus on international tax.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or other business-related field.
• ACCA, CPA, or SCTP accreditation is an advantage.
• Experience in a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) supporting international tax compliance/consulting engagements.
• Prior experience preparing materials for tax consulting projects (e.g., memoranda, structure reports, transaction step plans).
• Experience analysing tax implications of inbound and outbound structures and cross-border investments.
• Experience with tax projection calculations/models for structuring alternatives.
• Familiarity with tax technology tools to support compliance and filing processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering quality work.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
