About the Role

A well-established systems integrator in Singapore is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join its managed services team. You'll be the main technical and operational contact for a portfolio of clients going through digital transformation. The role sits between hands-on infrastructure work and client-facing service delivery, and it gives you a clear path into service or delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for your assigned clients and be their go-to contact for both business-as-usual support and project work
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients on infrastructure and digitalisation initiatives from planning through rollout
• Triage and prioritise incoming client requests, making sure each one is delivered within contracted timelines
• Track performance against contractual SLAs and take ownership when service levels are at risk
• Lead recovery efforts during service disruptions and drive continuous improvement to stop issues recurring
• Monitor, measure and report on team KPIs, and present service performance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Escalate high-impact risks or client issues to management early, with clear context and recommended actions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying systems and/or network infrastructure
• A background with a systems integrator (SI) or managed services provider is essential
• Experience in project coordination or team leadership (around 2 years) is a strong plus
• Confident handling clients: you can manage expectations, hold difficult conversations and build long-term trust
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfortable presenting to clients
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball
