Full Time Cluster Marketing Communication Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Hospitality 360 Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Strong execution & coordination - able to manage multiple hotels, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Digital & social media competency - understands Meta, Instagram, TikTok, content planning and basic performance measurement, video shooting & editing:
• Capcut/Other video editing skills required.
• Content & copywriting skills - able to develop/review captions, promotional copy, EDMs and marketing materials.
• Basic design sense - good eye for branding, visual quality and brand consistency:
• Canva/Adobe skills are an advantage.
• Hotel/commercial awareness- understands that Marcom should support occupancy.
• F&B, events, direct bookings and revenue objectives.
• Independent & resourceful - able to work with limited supervision and find solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
• Proactive attitude - identifies opportunities and potential problems early.
• Strong communication & diplomacy - comfortable working with GMs, Sales, Revenue, Operations, agencies, KOLs and Corporate Marcom.
• Accountability & ownership - takes responsibility for deadlines, deliverables and results.
• Adaptable and hands-on - willing to support photography, events, property activations, media/KOL visits and urgent operational requirements when necessary.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
