Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager (jewellery) to lead a jewellery boutique, drive sales performance, and create memorable shopping experiences for customers.

- Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, including VIP clients, to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and stock movement to maximise business opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and store appearance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
- Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery, watches, luxury goods, or premium retail.
- Proven experience in store management, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.
