Full Time Export Shipping Executive | $2,600–$3,300 - PB | Pioneer | Mon–Fri Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,600 in RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Salary: Up to $3,300 Basic + Performance Bonus

Location: Pioneer Sector

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Executive Chairman & Joint CEO to support new and existing customers and provide feasible logistics solutions.

• Handle the full spectrum of export documentation and shipping operations.

• Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide booking confirmations to customers.

• Liaise with SFA officers for applications relating to Export Health Certificates.

• Prepare and submit documents to banks for negotiation of shipments under L/C and D/P payment terms.

• Arrange documents for endorsement by embassies and relevant government authorities.

• Verify freight charges and related shipping bills.

• Ensure all necessary financial security is in place prior to loading/discharge.

• Provide operational coverage for team members during leave periods.

• Handle daily operational matters, including coordination and troubleshooting with warehouse and production teams.

• Manage stock allocation and related coordination.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in export shipping, logistics or a related field.

• Candidates with senior-level experience are preferred.

• Food industry experience is an advantage.

• ERP system experience is an advantage.

• Diploma or higher qualification.
