Job Summary
You will serve as the primary technical contact, installing and commissioning Koh Young AOI/SPI machines, providing software support, conducting customer training, and performing preventive maintenance to support our growing customer base.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers to resolve application issues effectively
Install and commission Koh Young AOI and SPI machines onsite to ensure operational readiness
Provide remote and onsite software support and troubleshoot application problems promptly
Conduct customer training sessions to enhance user proficiency with equipment and software
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain machine performance and reliability
Adapt to flexible work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays as business needs require
Communicate technical issues clearly and collaborate with customers to resolve problems
Apply knowledge of SMT equipment processes to troubleshoot and repair machinery
Utilize basic computer skills to operate and support Ksmart, MES, and SECS/GEM systems
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of SMT equipment process, troubleshooting, and repair
Familiarity with Koh Young platforms or other inspection brands is a strong advantage
