Full Time Accountant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in P2 DENTAL SDN BHD Sabah - Maukerja

• Record financial transactions appropriately
• To record, check & calculate incoming & outgoing payments
• Validate invoices against items/services received
• Track expenses to specific assignments
• Maintain creditors & account payable record and support payment processing & verification
• Issue monthly account statement to clients based on services rendered/goods sold
• To prepare monthly of outstanding debts report
• Prepare statuary account
• Review employee expenses and make reimbursement
• Conduct bank deposits and keep the record
• Key data into company's accounting system
• Disburse funds as needed and manage petty cash transactions
• Credit control and to work closely with Sales Executives and Operation Department in collecting matured debts from clients
• Perform bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies between bank record, accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with financial analysis and reconciliation of operation data to support accurate reporting and management decision making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annually financial closing activities including reconciliation, documentation and preparing statuary account
• Preparing year-end accounting reports including ledger, transaction and trial balance report
• Sorting out incoming & outgoing daily post and answering any queries
• Prepare salaries, EPF, SOCSO, company income tax input etc
• Salary: commensurate with qualification/experience

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
