Full Time Account Executive (AR) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in 3D Gens Selangor - Maukerja

1. Invoicing and Billing:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
• Ensure adherence to billing policies and procedures.
• Verify billing data accuracy before submission.

2. Accounts Receivable Management:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Implement collection strategies to minimize overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

3. Client Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
• Address and resolve client concerns or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Foster positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.

4. Reconciliation:

• Reconcile accounts to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between billed and received amounts.

5. Reporting:

• Generate and analyze AR reports to provide insights into cash flow and outstanding balances.
• Report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable.

6. Credit Management:

• Evaluate and establish credit limits for new clients.
• Monitor and assess the creditworthiness of existing clients.

7. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Finance, to resolve client issues and improve billing processes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and implement improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
