Full Time Core Technology Lead-Senior Software Engineer Jobs, in Ashford Benjamin Limited - Maukerja

A global quantitative trading firm is looking for a technical leader to oversee a cross-functional engineering organization of approximately 50 engineers spanning risk infrastructure, trade monitoring, data strategy, and MOBO applications. There are no direct reports in this role. It is split roughly 50/50 between hands-on C++/Python development and organizing workstreams, managing projects, and influencing strategic direction. You will coordinate closely with traders, quant researchers, and technologists across regions.

Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced technologist in the HFT space – # of years experience doesn’t matter so much as what you’ve shipped within HFT, keen to see track record of building scalable platforms for HFT and solving complex business + cutting edge technical challenges
• Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python, with deep understanding of large distributed systems
• Solid knowledge of computer systems: operating systems, networking, performance optimization
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and maturity in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• Experience in high-frequency trading or electronic trading is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
